- 8 carrots peeled and cut
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup Country Sweet Sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place carrots on a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, mix until evenly coated.
- Bake in preheated oven until tender and beautifully colored. 40-60 minutes.
- Remove from oven, coat with Country Sweet sauce and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
